이용약관
1. 서비스
MiSFY Studio는 이용자가 올린 영상·사진과 MFP 공개 프로필로 편집 영상, 세로 릴스, 썸네일, 자막 숏츠, EPK, 포스터를 자동으로 만들어 주는 서비스입니다. MFP 아티스트 계정이 있어야 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 크레딧
- 작업을 시작할 때 견적만큼 크레딧이 보류(차감)됩니다.
- 작업이 실패하거나 취소되면 보류된 크레딧을 전액 돌려드립니다. 요청한 개수보다 적게 만들어진 경우 모자란 만큼 돌려드립니다.
- 충전한 크레딧은 다른 계정으로 옮기거나 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 사용하지 않은 크레딧의 환불은 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
3. 이용자의 콘텐츠
- 올린 파일과 결과물의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 편집과 전달에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 처리합니다.
- 이용자는 올리는 영상·음악·사진에 대해 필요한 권리(출연자·공연장·음원 등)를 가지고 있어야 합니다.
- 불법 촬영물, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠, 법령에 어긋나는 콘텐츠는 올릴 수 없습니다.
4. AI 결과물
하이라이트 선정, 번역, EPK 문안은 AI가 이용자의 자료를 바탕으로 만듭니다. 외부에 보내기 전에 내용을 확인해 주세요. 결과물에는 작은 "Made with MiSFY" 표시가 들어갑니다.
5. 서비스 변경·중단과 책임
서비스는 점검이나 장애로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 결과물은 30일 동안 보관되므로 필요한 파일은 기간 안에 내려받아 주세요. 서비스의 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 해당 작업에 사용된 크레딧 금액을 한도로 합니다.

Terms of Service
1. Service
MiSFY Studio automatically turns the videos and photos you upload, plus your public MFP profile, into edited videos, vertical reels, thumbnails, subtitled shorts, EPKs and posters. An MFP artist account is required.
2. Credits
Starting a job holds (deducts) its quoted credits. Failed or canceled jobs are refunded in full; if fewer results are produced than requested, the difference is refunded. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash; refunds of unused credits follow applicable law.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to your uploads and results; we process them only to edit and deliver them. You must hold the rights needed for what you upload (performers, venue, music). Illegal or infringing content is not allowed.
4. AI output
Highlight selection, translations and EPK copy are produced by AI from your material — please review them before sending them out. Results carry a small "Made with MiSFY" mark.
5. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or outages. Results are kept for 30 days — download what you need in time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credits spent on the affected job.
