개인정보처리방침
MiSFY Studio(이하 "서비스")는 아티스트가 올린 영상을 자동 편집하고 EPK·포스터를 만들어 주는 서비스입니다. 서비스가 어떤 정보를 왜, 얼마나 오래 처리하는지 아래에 적습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 로그인 정보: Google 또는 Apple 로그인으로 받은 계정 식별자(sub). 이 값으로 MFP(Pride of Misfits) 아티스트 계정을 찾습니다. 이메일·이름 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
- MFP 공개 프로필: 활동명, 핸들, 프로필·커버 사진, 소개, 장르, 국가, 링크 등 MFP에 공개된 정보.
- 업로드한 파일과 작업 설정: 영상·사진·자막 파일, 작업 옵션, 브랜드 설정.
- 결제·크레딧 기록: 충전·사용·환불 내역. 카드 정보는 결제대행사(Stripe)가 처리하며 서비스는 보관하지 않습니다.
- 이용 기록: 접속 시각, 오류 기록, 남용 방지를 위한 IP 기반 요청 횟수.
2. 이용 목적
- 편집·EPK·포스터 결과물 제작과 전달
- 크레딧 충전·차감·환불 처리
- 계정 확인, 고객 문의 응대, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 개선
3. 처리를 맡기는 곳(수탁자·국외 이전)
- Cloudflare(미국 등): 서버·저장소(업로드 원본과 결과물 보관).
- OpenRouter 및 연결된 AI 모델 제공자(미국 등): 하이라이트 선정, 썸네일 고르기, 번역·문안 작성을 위해 영상 프레임 이미지, 자막 텍스트, 프로필 소개 문구가 전송될 수 있습니다. 얼굴을 새로 생성하거나 바꾸는 데 쓰지 않습니다.
- Stripe(미국): 결제 처리.
- Google, Apple: 로그인 인증.
4. 보관 기간
- 업로드한 원본: 작업이 끝나고 72시간 뒤 자동 삭제.
- 결과물: 30일 뒤 자동 삭제. 그 전에 앱에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
- 계정·크레딧 기록: 계정이 유지되는 동안, 그리고 관련 법령이 정한 기간(전자상거래 거래 기록 등) 동안.
5. 이용자의 권리
자신의 정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 업로드한 작업은 앱에서 바로 지울 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
1. What we process
- Sign-in identifier: the account subject (sub) returned by Google or Apple sign-in, used to find your MFP (Pride of Misfits) artist account. We do not request email or name scopes.
- Your public MFP profile: artist name, handle, profile and cover photos, bio, genre, country and links.
- Files and job settings you upload: videos, photos, subtitle files, job options and brand settings.
- Payments and credits: top-ups, usage and refunds. Card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Usage logs: access times, error logs and IP-based request counts for abuse prevention.
2. Why
To produce and deliver your edits, EPKs and posters; to run credits and refunds; to verify accounts, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve the service.
3. Processors and international transfers
Cloudflare (hosting and storage), OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (video frame images, subtitle text and profile bio may be sent for highlight selection, thumbnail ranking, translation and copywriting; never to generate or alter faces), Stripe (payments), Google and Apple (sign-in). These providers may process data outside your country, including the United States.
4. Retention
Uploaded originals are deleted automatically 72 hours after the job finishes; outputs after 30 days (or earlier when you delete them in the app). Account and credit records are kept while your account exists and as long as the law requires.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing. Contact us to delete your account.
